## What we are
Ganesham Finance Services is a loan consultancy and direct selling agent (DSA). We are not a bank and we are not an NBFC. We do not lend money and we do not sanction loans.

## What we do
We assess your requirement, tell you what you are likely to be eligible for, help you assemble the documentation, and place your file with the lenders on our panel. The decision to sanction, the amount, the interest rate, the tenure and every charge are decided solely by the lender, under their own credit policy.

## No guarantee of sanction
No enquiry, eligibility check, quotation or discussion with us amounts to a commitment that a loan will be approved or disbursed, or that any particular rate will be offered.

## Information you give us
You confirm that the details and documents you provide are true and yours to provide. A file submitted on false information can be rejected by the lender and may carry consequences under their terms and under law.

## Charges
Any fee payable to us is told to you in advance and in writing before it becomes due. Processing fees, valuation and legal charges, stamp duty and insurance are the lender's charges, not ours.

## Contacting you
By submitting an enquiry you agree that we may call, message or email you about it, including on a number registered with DND, until you ask us to stop.
