Ganesham Finance Services ("we", "us") collects personal information only to assess and process a loan enquiry you have chosen to make.

## What we collect
Your name, mobile number, email address, the loan product you are interested in, the amount you require, and any details you volunteer in the enquiry form or over the phone. For a file that proceeds, we additionally collect the KYC, income and asset documents the lender requires.

## Why we collect it
To check your eligibility, to place your file with the bank or NBFC most suited to it, and to keep you informed about its progress. We do not use your details for any other purpose.

## Who we share it with
Only the banks and NBFCs on our panel, and only those we are actively submitting your file to. We do not sell, rent or trade your information with anyone else.

## How long we keep it
For as long as your file is live, and thereafter for the period our lender partners and applicable law require records to be retained.

## Your choices
You may ask us to correct your details, to stop contacting you, or to delete what we hold, at any time. Write to us at the email address on our Contact page and we will act on it.
